Pulsed Magnetic Therapy has developed from its infancy in assisting fracture repair to wider applications based on sound research. It is an adjunct to physiotherapy in medical practice but is now widely accepted and extensively used in the veterinary world to assist in the repair and recovery for a broad range of conditions. The theory and science behind its use and application has been little understood and confusion with static magnets limited its credibility. This book aims to clear up some of the misconceptions and provide a logical explanation as to how dynamic magnetic fields affect tissue and how such affects aid the repair processes that are natural within the body.
