At the tender age of sixteen, Nsuku had to face the brutality of abuse as well as letting go of her father's love – a love that she held dearly. The situation with her father shaped how she related to men altogether. Subsequently, Nsuku finds herself fighting for approval and suffering rejection at the hands of many men in her earnest search for affection. As she grew in the Lord all she ever prayed for was a chance to experience true love.
