In life, things do not always go to plan. Eva and Joy had very different plans when deciding to use Eva's special time-travel powers to return to the year 1967, a time of reputed love, peace and flower-power. However, times were very different for women back in the 1960s, in comparison with the 21st century in which the girls had grown up. Travelling from their home town of Castleford in 2013 to the lovely market town of Beverley where they meet their ghostly helper Alice. With her help, they reach their final destination, the City of Durham in 1967 where they hope the unsuspecting John is waiting. Mixed fortunes beset the two teenagers as they embark on what they hope will be a romantic adventure of a lifetime.
