红色通缉令是国际刑警组织级别最高的通缉令。红色通缉令由经办国国际刑警中心局局长和国际刑警组织总秘书处秘书长共同签发，各国中心局据此可以对犯罪嫌疑人实施拘捕。各国警方在接到红色通缉令以后，可以对犯罪嫌疑人进行临时拘捕和引渡。( A red notice is the highest level order for arrest of the international criminal police organization.
