The pirates who killed Ikezawa are now begging to be saved and although he should despise them, Daisuke heads out to their rescue. He just doesn't believe that anyone deserves to die. With his mission on the Malacca Straight over, he heads back to Japan only to be met by a younger member of the Coast Guard. It is then that he decides to take over the late Ikezawa's position.
