A helicopter carrying Vaccine 1551, the cure for cancer is shot out of the sky and plunged into the Gulf of Mexico, miles off shore from Southwest Florida. Those responsible, searches high and low for the package before it gets recovered by the Pharmaceutical company that created it. Those that are making billions from the disease is determined to get rid of the cure no matter who's in their way. Mike Morris is a down in his luck fishing guide and is about to lose his house and boat until he's offered millions to help retrieve the unknown package.
