Ceri wakes up in an astonishing world; a world in which apples taste like chocolate cake and dragons exist. She's lost in this world inhabited by trolls, goblins, shape-shifters and others. As she struggles to return home, she forms lasting friendships but also learns that not all these creatures want her to survive. Her travels introduce her to a family she didn't know existed, and her greatest challenge is the three sisters who want her dead. In order to make it home, she will need to draw on new friends and new powers.
