If you decide you are ready, check to see that your college offers the credits, generally 3 credits. Your accomplishment not only means you don't have to take that course, you actually fill your major's requirements. Once you see how easy it is to test out with a 50% cut score, you're going to want to graduate early. If you take 5 CLEP exams, you can skip one semester. In FL state schools, you can CLEP up to 75% of your courses to obtain a two year degree. These CLEP credits are transferable to a four year degree. CLEP tests are factual and are easier than SATs which are more in depth. Advanced Placement (AP) exams cover the same topics but are far more difficult.
