The serial killer created The I-10 Incident in Book 1 by killing nearly two hundred people to cover-up the murder of two intended victims. Now, this serial killer, Tarsier, has decided to kill more random New Orleanians to cover-up the murder of another employee of The Vics Mortuary. This novel gives the reader more information about the employees at the mortuary and about their Going Away Parties. This novel also gives the reader more information about another serial killer, Global Goose.
