This life and it's daily struggles to make ends meet, to fulfil one's calling and be 'happy' and 'fulfilled', can take its toll on even the tough and mature believers in Christ. The saying "life is not for the faint-hearted" has some truth to it, after all.
The question arising from all of this is: What present or future hope is there for the believer who has invited and submitted their life to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord? What awaits us? Is there any consolation or hope for our faith? God's Word holds all the answers we will ever need.
