JOHN J. (JACK) MARQUIS After Jack became ill, this manuscript was found in a box –—the book that he worked on so diligently over the years. After reading, it was decided that it was worth publishing, even though he contended it was unfinished, and it may contain an editorial error or two. My gratitude for this happening goes wholeheartedly entirely to Jack's brother in spirit and my dear brother-in-law, world traveler, published author, journalist Darwin Sator.
