Jane Aldrige is caught in the crossfire again as she tries to come to terms with the fact that her boyfriend John, also known as the vigilante Cobra, must save fortune teller Amy from the mastermind doctor. Helping John save the damsel in distress is Turrell, a common hood who has fallen in love with Amy.
