Journalist David Cay Johnston has written this book, The Making of Donald Trump, in journalistic prose sprinkled with pointed dry humor. His discussions of his various arguments are to the point, but the book lacks some in overall organization.
While some points made do not add a lot towards the intended depiction of Donald Trump, other elements of Trump's life that could act as supporting evidence are not mentioned at all. Some of these latter elements include: Trump's The Apprentice reality show, the President Obama birther movement, and Trump's previous runs for presidency.
