النصّ الأصلي لكتاب اليوبيلات هو النصّ العبريّ الذي ظلّ متداولاً خلال القرون الوسطى في أوروبا، بحسب شهادة مدارش متأخّرة في العالم اليهودي. وبعد سنة 1952 وصلت إلينا أجزاء من هذا النصّ في مخطوطات قمران، وقد طُبعت في كتاب. تُرجم النصّ العبري إلى اليوناني.
