Barack was too busy to accept my invitation, Bill Clinton was on his way to buy cigars in Havana, Bill Maher was hunting for Donald Trump's Dad in a Malaysian jungle, George W. was looking for weapons of mass destruction in the bushes on his ranch and Hefner was chasing chicks in his mansion.
