The poetry of Walter Savage Landor spans the final years of the Enlightenment to the greatest achievements of the Victorian Empire. Landor is now regarded as a 'poet's poet', whose sensitive and beautiful poetry won the admiration of Browning, Yeats, Ezra Pound and Robert Frost.
