The aim of this book is to provide a basic and unbiased overview for anyone who is thinking about starting to invest in property in Australia. Most of the information on property investing out there is put out by developers and other businesses want to sell their product, I want to give individuals and families the basic guidelines when starting out. Many people like the idea of owning a property portfolio, but don't know how to start or what it actually involves, as a result they either make some basic mistakes or they simply never start simply from the fear of not wanting to make those mistakes.
