Maura G. Robinson, a leading authority on inclusion management practices, revolutionized the field with her first book, The Inclusion Revolution Is Now, which focused on inclusion management at the organizational level.

She enters new territory in this book, which explores inclusion at the community level. Challenging myth that inclusion starts in the community when in facts, it is at the organization level that inclusion begins to emerge as a reality. She argues that there is a direct correlation between meaningful employment and preventing social unrest by understanding her stages of the volcano effect.

This is why meaningful employment plays such a critical component within the context of social order in creating healthier, prosperous, and welcoming communities. A new paradigm shift or collective agreement must occurred for a systemic process of positive change to take place.

Organizations and institutions must change their systemic negative ideology when dealing with people from the culture of differences, and we must work with our political, corporate, and community leaders to make tangible and changes to decrease segregation, and discrimination practices.

By moving beyond thinking of diversity in terms of color, race, ethnicity, gender, and so forth, we can create a collective agreement or collective consciousness that will end discrimination, wars, hunger, poverty, human trafficking, and other social problems. We must all work together, and Inclusion Must Be the Outcome.
