Decan Morris has eliminated the Blue Wolf for the good of all Garou, but the cost was almost too high. Now that Megan is back in the safe confines of the Den, Decan takes drastic measures to insure Exurt Delucor will no longer be a threat to the Brutes. Risking his life in so many ways, Decan executes a plan that will have Draven foaming at the mouth if he ever learned the truth.
