The purpose of this book is to offer a strategic formula to follow in the creation of a business plan for your new or existing business. Writing a Business Plan is not everyone's idea of a good time, however, it is a necessary tool for business owners. We begin this book by providing a solid explanation for the importance of crafting a plan. We then will walk through an outline, from beginning to end, which will provide you a frame of reference in order to complete each section successfully. Though templates and sample business plans are great tools to help you in the planning process, most do not offer the guidance and information that entrepreneurs need. This book was designed to bridge that gap.
