This is the concluding e-book of the Journal of Management Development by Steven French, where strategy is explored from the perspective of critical theory and complex systems. It is argued in the papers presented in this series that the current approach to strategy is all wrong and that rather than seeking simplistic solutions to complex problems, one should embrace the complexity that exists within organizations and the environments in which they operate
