《老子想爾注》是老子《道德經》的注釋本，道教早期教派五斗米道的一部哲學兼丹經的經典著作。關於作者，歷來有不同說法，一說是張陵著，另一說認為是張陵之孫張魯。饒宗頤先生將敦煌殘卷連寫的《老子想爾注》經文與注釋分別錄出，按《老君道德經河上公章句》的次第，分別章次，並對其作者、重要概念源流等作考證，著《老子想爾注校證》，是研究道教思想與《道德經》淵源的重要學術成果。
