Isabel and Maxcine feel the tug of pity and set out to get Eva’s retirement savings back for her. The spry senior sisters are ready to do whatever it takes to capture the crooks of Flamingo Land Acres Developers, or whatever the heck it is called. They were too busy becoming involved to get it straight right off.

To prime Maxcine and Isabel for investing, the very nice folks at Rainbow Land Developers give them an all-expenses paid trip to Flamingo Acres in Florida. The resort, reported to be living at its finest, seemed to be in perpetual beginning stages of development. Securing evidence against the swindlers isn't easy; neither is escaping the jaws of a huge alligator. And once the sisters get back home to Arizona, they begin noticing other swindles right and left. Sidetracked into becoming involved in those crooked deals does not prevent them from capturing the Flamingo Acres swindlers with a little help from cousin Steven, Eva, and her adult dwarf son, Bruce. An F.B.I. Agent cannot claim any part in the case. Nope, not one bit.
