Christmas is fast approaching and everyone in England is wishing for snow to make their dreams of a white Christmas come true. Local weather forecaster Eliza Crisp wants nothing more than to be able to tell her listeners that snow is on the way, but it just won't snow! Even the Snow Globe in her back garden says that England should be under a thick blanket by now. So what's the problem?
