The goal of this ebook is to contribute to the analysis and potential solutions concerning workplace aggression in the public sector. We explicitly use the term 'workplace aggression', comprising acts like bullying from colleagues, aggression from citizens and abusive supervision. The papers in this ebook examine different instances of aggression against public sector employees from both the public and the organization.
