本书不仅是中国传媒大学播音主持艺术学院对外进行学术交流的窗口，也是全国广播电视播音主持学术交流的一个平台。编者虽对来稿有所选择，但书中论文作者的观点并不代表中国传媒大学播音主持艺术学院或编委会的看法。我们将秉持"百花齐放"、"百家争鸣"的方针，欢迎全国高校播音主持艺术专业和其他相关专业的教师、研究人员来稿，对我国广播电视播音主持工作的现状和存在的问题进行分析，对播音与主持艺术专业教学发表自己的看法。我们也欢迎全国各地广播电台、电视台的播音员主持人来稿，就播音主持实践中的问题发表自己的看法。(This book is not only a window of academic exchanges between Broadcasting and Hosting Art Academy of Communication University of China and the outside, but also a platform for academic exchanges of the nationwide radio and TV broadcasters and hosts. Although the editors choose the manuscripts received carefully, the views of the papers' authors in the book don't stand for the opinions of Broadcasting and Hosting Art Academy or Editorial Committee of Communication University of China. We'll uphold the principle of "a hundred flowers in bloom" and "contention of a hundred schools of thought," welcome the manuscripts of teachers and researchers in broadcasting and hosting art and other related majors of the nationwide colleges and universities, analyze the current situation and existing problems in China's radio and TV broadcasting and hosting work and utter our own opinions on the teaching of broadcasting and hosting art major.
