Vikings and Elves were common enemies they both had their own weapons of destruction in the form of Vikings having their Dragons which they commanded, and the Elves having their Cyclops, the land was divided into the two territories the North belonging to the Vikings and the South belonging to the Elves.
It's been 100 years of peace with neither company breaching the territory lines.
