Daniel collected everything about dinosaurs—books, movies and especially fossils. Of all the dinosaurs, the T-rex, with its banana sized teeth and tiny arms, was the one that fascinated him the most.

Now in high school, Daniel and his best friends, Chris and Pat, get a chance to go on a dig in Montana. Soon after their arrival, a gifted paleontologist, who claims to have discovered a portal to another dimension, goes missing.
