Hugh Vaughan was born in Strabane, spending his teenage years in 1970s Derry, Ireland at the height of the Troubles. Currently retired, travelling the world when not living in Melbourne, Australia. He lectured and worked in Information Technology in Northern Ireland, Wellington, New Zealand, Sydney & Melbourne, Australia.
