He was born at Co Phap Pagoda and became a Buddhist disciple. Since a little boy, he was very smart, and showed his talent in many fields. When some rebellions occurred, he led the army and quelled these rebellions successfully. During his reign, the country had a stabilized political infrastructure and good relations with its neighbors, which enabled the economic development to flourish.
