A woman leaves London in order to attend university in New York but after a while she gets sick and is sent west to recuperate. It's there at the train station that she meets a man waiting for his mail order bride, but she doesn't arrive, so he invites her to his ranch instead and as they grow to know each other, Maggie finds something stirring deep inside of her.
