为了真切地表达自己对党组织和各级老领导、老首长发自肺腑的感激，表达对战友和同志们在新的征程上再创辉煌的企盼，最近一个时期，我在秘书刘军同志的协助下，提笔饱蘸激情赶写了十三篇短文。这些文章主要围绕做人为官这个主题，结合多年来的工作实践，总结了一些粗浅体会，讲了一些我认为很需要说的心里话，以表明我对人生价值和官德人品方面的一些看法．毕竟只是一家之言，难免存在认识上的偏颇与不足，仅供战友们、同志们、亲人们参考。(Assisted by Secretary Liu Jun, I wrote 13 essays with all my passion, just to express my heart-felt gratitude for the party organization, leadership at all levels and former senior officers, as well as my expectations for fellow soldiers and comrades in their fights for victories.
