Part A: Training Your Mind, Body, and Spirit for Meditating:
Find a comfortable position, sitting or standing. Close your eyes, breath slowly and count to 5 ten times or count to 20 ten times. Do whichever one is more convenient for you at work, home, or out in public space and do it as many times in a row as possible, for at least a month, before moving on to Part B. This exercise is designed to enhance Self-Control, Self-Peace, Self-Confidence, Time Management, and Concentration; but, most important help train the mind, body, and spirit to become aligned with the Universal Presence.
