The spiteful misdeeds of a vengeful police official have far-reaching and long-lasting effects on the life of a young gay man whose liberal lifestyle is seen by the detective as a depraved attack on his own ultra-rigid moral code. The catastrophic results of his misguided actions and malfeasance as a policeman are only the beginning of the flood of tribulations that befall Chris, as he becomes deeply entangled with the powerful Department of Justice of the United States of America. Chris Wehner has become the target of an abusive corrections officer at a Federal prison facility. But the sexual abuse is the least of Chris difficulties. Swelling of his optic nerve, ignored by the medical personnel of the Bureau of Prisons is eroding his vision while he struggles to bring medical maltreatments to the attention of forces outside of the prison system.
