Dash McCoy is dealt a rough hand at a young age. With the death of his parents, Dash is sent to live with an uncle he does not know. An unexpected encounter with one of his bully cousins results in another family death. Because Dash has a certain natural talent, he is sent away to be raised in the care of an honest sheriff who will teach him to be a lawman.
