This book introduces China's efforts and contribution into building a harmonious ocean, and is divided into six parts: the international situation China's marine undertaking encounters, a review and prospect of China's maritime policies, maritime policies and administration in the current stage, China's maritime law enforcement, and establishment of maritime power in a way of Chinese characteristics.
