In business, Problem-Solving is your ability to anticipate problems or to resolve them as soon as they're identified.
Note: Decision-making (Chapters 7-10, and Appendix E) is the fifth of the eight steps in the Problem-Solving Process (or PSP).
The beauty of the Problem-Solving Process (or PSP) is that it removes the emotions normally associated with bad problem-solving, which means deciding on an impulse or emotion and justifying it later with logic.
It's designed to be used when there are three or more valid options from which to choose.
