We live in a culture of quicker and quicker, don't we? And because of this, we have to learn to pace ourselves. This is especially the case for arthritis sufferers. In this E-book, I will outline ten ways that you can successfully pace yourself. After reading this E-book, decide which lifestyle changes you need to make right away, choose one of the ways of changing behaviours below to bring about the lifestyle change you would like, and try it for a minimum of two weeks. If you backslide for a while even after deciding on instituting a few of these changes in your life, don't give up. Just be persistent! It can take a long time to learn new habits.
