The adorable chihuahuas , Chloe and Papi, are back and excited to begin their new life together! With their family of five pups, they are enjoying living in Aunt Vivian's mansion while she and her niece, Rachel, are on vacation. Rachel's friend Sam Cortez is looking after the mansion when he finds out that his own house is going to be taken away from his family. Chloe and Papi know they have to take action.
