The police are baffled and their investigation is complicated by the arrival of Watkins an Agent from the Office of Paradoxical and Unnatural Security (OPUS). Or rather it's complicated by Watkins involving Punchline, an investigator who specialises in the paranormal, who after visiting the crime scene of the second murder declares that the killer isn't human.Part Two: Meat is Murder includes the third and fourth murders by the killer who dismembers the victims bodies and takes their internal organs and follows the continuing investigations of the Police, Watkins and Punchline.
