You remember the day you were delivered from a dangerous situation though you had not prayed. Jesus Christ prayed for you. Sometimes you have your problems solved and needs met when you did not pray. Jesus Christ prayed to the Father for you.
You have come thus far through the intercessory ministry of Jesus Christ in heaven. Jesus Christ's example of a constant prayer life should motivate you to pray. If He needed to pray to have spiritual results and be victorious in warfare, it cannot be different for you. A servant is no greater than his master – if the Master prayed, you must pray.
