That's what this tale is all about: What would happen if a time traveler killed Adolph Hitler?

Would you go back in time to save Hitler's life? What if the alternative were a modern world dominated by Communists who were about to nuke the United States?

Jack Mayberry has found himself in just such a situation. He's barely even heard of Adolph Hitler because a time traveler from an alternate reality went back and assassinated him before he ever had a chance to rise to power.

But the time traveler lost his time machine. When it's found eighty years later with details of what he's done to Jack's universe, amends must be made to avoid nuclear annihilation.
