A crew in space explores a distant planet, detected only through its toxic gas levels. The previous society killed themselves through war. Upon entering the planet's gravity they are rammed by debris and forced to land on the poisonous surface. They believe it was intentional, and set out to learn who brought them down. Finding only a single area free of poison, and at its center the last droid.
