I include examples of each coping strategy, with easy-to-follow instructions so you can practice each one.I was inspired to write this piece because I have had anxiety for years. Every coping skill I discuss in this booklet has been proven to be effective by research, and I have found that they work by trying them myself. In writing this piece, I drew upon both my professional experience as a social worker and my personal experience with anxiety.
