中国穆斯林习惯法，是调整中国穆斯林共同体，维系该社会组织成员关系，由共同体成员共同遵守的形成已久的习惯的总和，被公认具有权威和约束力，是适用于一定区域的行为规范。本书为国家社会科学基金项目成果，是目前国内第一本全面研究中阑穆斯林习惯法的著作，具有填补空白的意义。本书全面展现了中国10个信仰伊斯兰教的少数民族穆斯林在组织、刑事、民事、宗教信仰、社会生活、经济等方面的习惯法。(Chinese Muslim common laws are summation of habits developed long ago and followed by all members in the community, which can regulate Chinese Muslim community and maintain the relationship among members in the society. It is widely accepted to be authoritative and promissory and it is the code of conduct thatcan be applied to certain regions. This book is the fruit of a project supported by national social science fund and is so far the first work studying Chinese Muslim common laws comprehensively in China, so it has the meaning to fill in gaps.
