An opening preface opines on the need to shed off the past for a more perfect judicial procedure. Chapter 1 notes the foundation of our judicial system. The judge has godlike powers given to him by God as well as the people. The vengeance of God is dispensed by the state offices. This being the case, we should attempt to give the judge the omniscience of God in judicial review to the greatest extent possible. Modern technology makes this much easier than in the past. No question or answers will be permitted in court withing preview by the judge, prosecutor and defense. Chapter 2 briefly summarizes the point.
