I will be discussing in these pages the Science, Forces used, and Various Body Mechanic(s) approaches to breaking. The Science will be in the field of Newton's Law of Energy Conservation. The Forces used will be in the examination of Body Feel and Muscle Memory, as well as Twitch Fiber Response pertaining to the muscles being used. And finally, the use of Various Body Mechanics, getting the optimum work for the least amount of exertion.
