本书的主要内容包括三部分：一是影响当前社会稳定的主要因素，分别从"合法与非法"两个角度共九个方面进行了分析。二是对如何维护当前和今后的社会稳定工作从"重点环节和机制体制建设"两个角度共十个方面进行了探讨。三是对社会稳定预警机制问题做了初步探索，分别阐述了社会稳定预警的必要性、可行性及预警机制的内容、重点、途径等。 The book mainly includes three parts. First, it analyzes main factors influencing the current social stability from 9 aspects in 2 perspectives of "legality and illegality".
