本卷在总体结构上与第1卷没有大的变化，仅在局部进行了必要的调整，比如，增加了学位论文《奥斯了和他的分析法学》、与《大明律》比较分析等，其目的是为法史学界的新兴力量提供展示成果的机会、而学术评论的宗旨是力图加强学界之间的交流，为学界提供必要的学术信息，另外，在内容范围上，也增加了外国法律史及比较法史的研究成果，以使《法律史论集》更具有广泛性。除此，从本卷开始，还将对前一年的法律史研究进行了年度评述。This volume has no obvious changes in the overall structure compared with the first volume. Only some partial adjustments are made, for example, the comparative analysis between the academic dissertation Osler and His Analytical Jurisprudence and the Law of Ming Dynasty is added in order to provide an opportunity of achievements exhibition for emerging powers in the legal history circle; while the tenet of academic reviews is trying to enhance the communication between academic circles and providing necessary academic information for academic circles. Besides, as for contents, research achievements of foreign legal history and comparative law history are added to enhance the extensiveness of Analects of Legal History. Also, annual reviews will be made to the legal history research of the previous year from this volume.
