This ebook of Journal of Intellectual Capital is dedicated to identify and analyze how the management of different dimensions of the Intellectual Capital (IC) may support companies' innovative dynamics and in turn their performance improvement and value creation capacity. The purpose is to share some relevant practices and contribute to the ongoing debate on the relationships between knowledge assets, innovation, performance improvement and value creation.
